Terms of Service

> By commissioning me, you're agreeing to these terms and it will be assumed you read them in full!> Payment is only via Paypal invoices, and all prices are in USD dollars. I do not accept partial payments.> I will not start your commission or add you to my list until the invoice is paid for, so I will require your paypal email to send out the invoice first.> I reserve the right to decline your request if I'm not comfortable with it (example: specific fetish art).> Each commission is carried out in order of arrival (please check the progress spreadsheet).> Have references ready! Things like character sheets, poses, clothes or even stick figures, any of those will be very helpful if you have them available.> Once paid, I will provide a sketch for approval and you can request any changes free of charge. But changes for the lineart and coloring stages come with a fee. All of these will also come with a huge watermark until the final product is approved.> I don't give refunds after I have started your commission! Any other time before that is fine, but please give me a notice in advance (to see if I have started your commission, check the progress spreadsheet).> If you have any questions about your commission, you can message me through DMs at any time.> Your finished commission will be sent through email to maintain the image quality of your file.> You're not allowed to sell the commissioned piece or profit off of it unless the commercial rights have been discussed with me first.> I'm allowed to post your commission in my art account for portfolio purposes, unless you request I keep it private (or that I don't mention your name in the post).> You're free to post your commission on your account as long as you link back to my account with proper credit (example: "art made by @snailythefan").

OCs	Yes	Written descriptions are okay if that's all you have, but please keep in mind that it might make it a difficult commission. Even picrews as references are okay!
Ships	Yes	Please keep in mind that additional characters are an extra charge.
Furries	Yes	I'll try my best!
Mechas	No	Designs are too complex for me.
NSFW	Maybe!	I'd only draw 18+ characters. Also I'm not good at drawing two characters engaging in sexual acts. But if you want an individual character being nude/doing something spicy? I got you.
Light Gore/Candy gore	Yes	I don't mind it.
Extreme Gore/Realistic Gore	No	Not comfortable with it.
Complex backgrounds	Maybe!	Depending on the complexity, some things might be outside of my ability.
